First time clients require a color or extension consultation.

This allows us to get to know each other, your hair goals, budget, etc! This service is free but I do require a card on file to hold your appointment time slot. I do offer virtual consultations via facetime or instagram video call!

A card on file is mandatory to book any service for current and new clients.

The card on file is to hold your appointment time. It won't ever be charged unless there is a cancellation in less than 72 hours of the scheduled appointment or a no call - no show occurs.

If a cancellation is made in less than 72 hours 30% of your service will be charged.

If a no call - no show occurs 50% of your service is charged.

Rescheduling your appointment:

If you need to reschedule your appointment it must be made before the 72 hour mark. I am very flexible and understanding if life occurs.

After 2 reschedules, online booking will no longer be available. After 3 reschedules, unfortunately I will no longer be able to book future appointments.

Extension Services:

I require a deposit for the cost of the extensions the day we book your installation service day. The deposit is not refundable when cancelling or rescheduling your service day.
